Yes and no, the VM is free, and you can use it as you wish (within the law, remember).
However, IPv4 and resource extensions are charged for a simple reason: running these services costs money, and I'm not rich :p
To put it simply:
CPU : 1vCPU,
RAM : 0.5GB (512MB),
SSD : 10Gb disk space,
Connectivity : 1 IPv6 with 100Mb bandwidth.
Note: These are Containers (CT), not VMs as such.
Note 2: port 25 (SMTP) is blocked by default, even on IPv6, please contact me if necessary.
Yes of course! but not for free, as hosting these instances has a cost :)
For more details on prices, please contact me.
Absolutely none.
You are the sole owner and responsible for your instance.
Furthermore, in the event of illegal or inappropriate activity, I reserve the right to delete the instance at any time without notice.
This usually involves freezing resources for 1 week (until I have a justification, or let you recover the data) before deleting it permanently.
Anything that may be punishable by law, or that entails a very heavy load over a prolonged period.
The (non-hexaustive) list includes : TOR networks, Seedbox, VPN, child pornography, Bot, DDOS, SPAM etc....

This project is a personal initiative. I have no automatic payment system or equivalent, so payments are considered as donations, and go through Paypal (Payment between relatives).
Every penny donated will go solely to this project, and not elsewhere.
